DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
We offer complimentary domestic shipping.
The estimated time to ship will differ depending on the respective delivery deadlines mentioned against each product. Our products are shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page. The delivery lead time is about 4-12 days from the date of dispatch for domestic and international orders respectively. All the shipping details will be shared over an email with you. 
All deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, this excludes bank holidays and weekends. A signature is required upon delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier company will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS/Call or Email to advise that delivery has been attempted. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you, it will be returned to us. Additional postage charges will be applicable for further delivery in case the parcel is returned to us.
All international orders may be subject to import/custom duties or local taxes, which are levied by the importing country you are in and as the recipient, you are liable to clear the payment of these to release your order from customs on arrival. We advise checking with your local custom authorities to find correct information on import duties from India.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer complimentary international shipping.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted in your order confirmation email. We do not ship on Sundays and on national holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note: the shipping DOES NOT include import duties. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our quality control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately at online@nakulsen.com.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, do kindly let us know.
As a standard company protocol across all direct points of sales, NAKULSEN does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of domestic or international order, neither on off-the-rack nor on made-to-order pieces except in case of the below mentioned exceptional scenarios:
If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective.
If there is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against the client specifications, for example – sizing issue, color mismatch etc.
If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order and NAKULSEN has not notified you of the same.
    In all the above scenarios, the client must notify NAKULSEN about the issue over a call or on WhatsApp during business hours but most importantly with an email on ONLINE@NAKULSEN.COM stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.
    However, it is only after receiving an acknowledgment of the same from NAKULSEN, you may send the outfit back to us for the necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible to pick-up products sent without prior intimation. Once the garment is received by NAKULSEN, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with NAKULSEN only based on the quality of the returned piece. While returning the outfit please ensure that the merchandise is unused, and is in a properly sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging.
    The decision however will be taken within 2-3 business days of receiving the outfit and you will be duly notified of the same. 
    All approved returns or exchanges are given in the form of credit notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at NAKULSEN.COM and at our flagship store.

    All credit notes issued are for the MRP amount only and do not include any applicable shipping/duties or tax amount.
    No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted outfits.
    All returns or exchanges are allowed for NAKULSEN outfits from our own website and flagship store only.
      ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
      You have the option of cancelling your purchase & claim a refund. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, a refund in the form of a “Credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The Credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, NAKULSEN shall have no liability about any claim for a refund.
      Disclaimer
      In case you wish to change your order, any difference in the price of the revised order shall be payable prior to updating your order.
      If the price of the new order is lesser than the original order, a credit note will be issued against the balance amount.
